- I cannot see the tour, what is wrong ?
- Although we produce both JAVA and Quicktime tours, unless otherwise stated all our tours require Adobe FLASH. You can download the latest plugin from Adobe.
- How much does it cost ?
- See our pricing page for full costing details. We have created a number of tour packages which in our experience suit most customers needs.
- How long does the photography take ?
- A single tour photograph set will normally take only a few minutes.
- Can you take photographs outside ?
- Yes. These however are taken weather permitting.
- How do I get a tour online ?
- Most customers let us host their tour for them and present it using a tour template customised to match their own website or compay branding. In this case we simply send you a link which you put on your existing website or email to your customers.
- How do I control a virtual tour ?
- Click on the tour image with the left mouse button. While holding the button down, move the mouse up, down, left or right to look around. To zoom in and out use the zoom buttons on the tour control bar or you can use the mouse scroll wheel if it has one.
- How do I control a fullscreen tour ?
- As above. Press the ESC key to exit full screen mode on our tours or press the onscreen control button to exit full screen mode.
